Asistente de Dirección, Location (JV OSRAM-CONTINENTAL GmbH)

Description:

This position shall form part of the planned Joint Venture between Osram and Continental which is supposed to be a standalone company with equal shares from both partners operating with a global set-up.


Both companies are planning a strategic cooperation in order to combine the strengths of both companies: our competence in the area of innovative lighting control electronics and Osram's extraordinary know-how in lighting solutions.


On Day 1 of the planned joint venture “Osram Continental GmbH” strives to have about 1,500 employees in 17 locations and 9 countries worldwide with its headquarter in the Munich area.


Day 1 and start of operations including employee transfer into the JV would be after successful conclusion of negotiations and after regulatory approval of the deal by the appropriate regulatory authorities has been granted.

OVERVIEW

The Team Assistant (Director's Assistant) is responsible to support all the administrative tasks to facilitate the operations of the area.


Tasks:

Administrate schedules and calendars of Director and/or Management team

Support travel bookings of the Director and/or Management team (including expense reports)

Responsible to mantain the corporate image

Schedule and/or support meetings


Additional responsibilities

Translate documents. English to Spanish, Spanish to English

Support corporate communication

Organize and support team events

Create and support department quotes and purchase orders.

Perform all the assigned tasks by the direct supervisor.

Organize files.

Requerimientos:

Basic Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree on Communication or Marketing (preferred) or Business Administration.

- 3 years of experience in administrative tasks support for Director/Managers

- English level fluent written and spoken

- Very good oral and written communication skills
