Responsibilities and activities:

-Send reports to suppliers.

-Run the critics report, and expedite the materials required to support the production programs.

-Perform the analysis of the requirements to ensure the materials that need to be included in each import process.

-Manage the flow of materials in such a way that the plant operates with the smallest possible inventory. Support the plan for each part.

-Participate in the data integrity process as required.

-Effective communication with suppliers, reconciling accumulated: Guaranteeing the correct reception of material number by the supplier to the organization

Ensure the availability and use of materials, evaluating the needs, priorities and production requirements, issuing and updating purchase orders, ensuring delivery date, and controlling inventory level to track projects. Keep inventory sourcing looking to maximize the company's budget.
