Customer Service RepresentativeConsolidates controls and coordinates OE customer's requirements in line with company policies and established targets.
Responsibilities:* Receiving and entering SAP orders
* Follow-up to the doubts of the internal and external clients are served in a timely manner.
* To define alternatives of solution for the conflicts presented in the operation.
* Implement quality of service measurement systems (KPI´S)
* Oversee the planning of the purchase order process.
* Monitor the release of orders from assigned customers.
* Orders follow-up, from order to delivery.
* Coordination and follow-up of returns.
* Compliance with Shipments plan.
* Work together with production and materials to meet on-time with customer orders.
